Sweet Sophia's mom came to me with the idea of doing a styled shoot ALL about her. I, of course, was all over that idea; and then the ideas started flowing! We talked about the things that she loves: princesses, fairies, tea parties, her pink chucks, bubbles, balloons, flowers, giggling, and playing. We settled on a fairy tea party for our theme, but we incorporated a few of the other things as well! 

She was absolutely thrilled to pick handfuls of my pretty lavender and it just offset the colour of her teal dress perfectly. And those chucks. Such a sassy & sweet detail! 

We also pulled out the giant bubbles! She thought these were just hilarious and we had a blast running around the back garden while she experimented with the different ways to make lots of them- we found that spinning in a circle worked the best! 

Those eyelashes, can you even believe them?! Just melt your heart- Courtney, she is going to be absolutely stunning as she grows up! 

After Sophia's daddy arrived with her wardrobe change (because every princess needs choices!), we headed over for the tea party. I had strawberries, fancy cupcakes from Cake, Love, and Crossbones, pink lemonade and other sweets for our fairy party. She was in love with the flower headband and the glittery wings.

Courtney said that she talked about her special day for days afterwards. Thank you SO much, sweet Sophia for spending the morning with me! You are an absolute doll and I loved every.single.second of our shoot!
