Congratulations to Seth and Kat as they got married this past weekend in Colorado! You can see their gorgeous engagement pictures HERE. Kat contacted me awhile ago about doing a bridal shoot for her and her sweet dog, Lola. I was all up for the challenge and I definitely think we pulled it off amazingly! Lola had her own custom-tailored matching dress. And boy, did she ROCK it! She was so excited to be so pretty and just wanted to sit and be beautiful. She also had a collar that was custom made with Kat's bridal colours. Of course we also did some standard bridals for Kat. Her dress and the gorgeous countryside near Ely were a winning combination! Marci and Steve came to me with the idea of shooting a couple's session in downtown Ely. Of course, I said, "of course!" They also brought along their adorably sweet little dogs- Allie and Lola. They were SO cute and fluffy and I could have taken them both home. We also headed over towards the river and walked up along the shore. The boats were out for a Sunday cruise and the sun was setting. It was the stuff perfect evenings are made of! This was yet another of my re-scheduled minis (have I mentioned how much I hate rescheduling?!). Thankfully, this gorgeous family was super fun to work with and had great ideas, so we branched out of the back garden and went in search of a poppy field! They are headed back to the U S of A this summer and wanted a photo shoot to capture some of the gorgeous English countryside along with their precious family. I think we nailed it, Liz! Sweet Caroline was such a little ham. I could have chased her up and down those flower rows for hours and never captured all of her little expressions! Mr Colton was just the sweetest thing as well.
