So, as we well know, October is to photographers what April is to accountants. As in, we're BUSY. Like, I haven't eaten in 47 days other than coffee and granola bars and my kids forgot my name other than to say, "Hey, lady, I'm out of knickers again, can you PLEASE do some laundry or run us to Sainsbury's to buy more?" I kid. Actually, I don't. My kids really did ask me to take them to Sainbury's for more knickers. I'm choosing to consider that a pro-active "I'm learning to solve my own problems and become a successful member of society" moment instead of a Mommy-fail. Once again, I was so blessed to have the opportunity to travel back to Germany and shoot with some amazing families. The Harrison family were previous clients of mine when we lived there, and I was thrilled to get the chance to work with them again! Sweet Sophia was a laugh a minute and baby Poppy was sweet as pie and squishy to boot! We shot in their village and in their home for a very personal shoot.   The Leifers were a referral through that wonderful "we know someone that you know" network of military spouses, and they too, were a joy to work with. They chose to shoot up at a local castle, and the stunning backdrop didn't disappoint!  

Sweet tiny baby Reese is 3 months old! Her mama had done a lifestyle session for her newborn pictures, so this time, she wanted some shots that were all about this beautiful girl! I thought it was a perfect time to pull out some of my beautiful feminine props like this gorgeous crown. Reese rocked it like the princess she is.  Sweet baby was such a trooper, even though we shot right through her naptime. She fell asleep in my arms (and I could have kept bouncing her for-EVER!), and I couldn't resist grabbing some sweet shots of her asleep in her beautiful pink nursery as well. 

This gorgeous family of six wanted somewhere super fun and easy to shoot their fall family session. I knew just the place and we headed out on an absolutely perfect Saturday evening! The sun was setting through the trees into that glowy light that we all know how much I adore! The kids were happy and excited to get to run about in a new place!Mom said that she really wanted great family shots- and boy did we get lots!
